Victoria Olazabal

I am Maria Victoria Olazabal, but everyone calls me "Vicky." I am the Rompers Room Leader at More2 Childcare.

With over 6 years of experience in childcare, I embarked on this journey after obtaining my degree in Early Years Education. My career started as a Room Leader in my home country, Argentina (South America), where I worked in pre-school rooms. Upon moving to the UK, I joined More2 Childcare as a practitioner in Rompers Room, eventually progressing to Deputy Room Leader before assuming my current role as Room Leader.

I truly enjoy working with this age group. Taking care of children and helping them grow is my passion. Watching them develop and knowing that I contribute to that process, by being part of their little life, is incredibly gratifying for me. I am known for being friendly, reliable, chatty, and love to sing and dance Spanish songs with the children. I also have a natural ability to connect with parents, fostering strong bonds of trust and creating positive relationships.

Outside of work, my interests revolve around traveling, spending quality time with my husband and my dog Frida, exploring the beauty of the UK and London, go out with friends, and explore the diverse cuisines that different cultures have to offer.
