More2Parents - supporting you through pregnancy and beyond
We champion all things community and are here to support Greenwich Mums and Dads at all stages of their family journey. We understand that being pregnant and giving birth can be overwhelming at the best of times, but never more so than in the middle of COVID.
More2Parents is a group we have set up to better understand how we can help Mum’s in Greenwich during pregnancy and afterwards. You do not have to join the nursery to join the group. It is also completely free of charge.
We hold regular Zoom group meetings on topics such as wellbeing and mental health support, breast feeding, baby massage and birthing support. We also want to give you the opportunity to connect with other mums who understand exactly what you’re going through. If you’d like to join or find out more, please email Rosie firstname.lastname@example.org

Fiona Forest - Masks on First
Fiona is a mum of a 16 year old daughter, born and educated in South East London. She was trained with a group of parents by Mind, funded by Lewisham Borough, to deliver wellbeing workshops to parents.
Masks on First is the concept on board airplanes in emergencies. We should use this concept in life but many of us don't, this is only because we haven’t learned how to do it! The workshop gave the group an insight into what makes us happy and examined how the 5ways of wellbeing is an essential part of achieving that goal.
