All roles require working full days, typically 8am–6pm, and in return we offer a warm, inclusive culture, excellent training opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact in outstanding settings.

If you’re enthusiastic, caring and ready to grow with us – come and be part of the More2 family.

Current Vacancies

More2Nurseries is a small boutique group of nurseries in Greenwich - More2Childcare and More2Riverside are both Ofsted Outstanding. More2Kidbrooke opens in January 2026.

We have a large staff team and are currently recruiting Nursery Educators at all Levels (Apprentice, Unqualified, Levels 2, 3, 5 and Graduates). Please note to apply for a qualified role, your qualification must be in Early Years or Childcare. Salaries range from Apprentice roles at £8 per hour up to senior salaries of £32,000 plus.

If you don't have qualifications in early years but are keen to learn, we are able to take on a limited number of unqualified staff - you don't have to be a school leaver - we employ all ages and in a female dominated workforce we are very happy to hear from men too! Similarly if you have a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or a similar childcare field we can look at an experience based qualification route.
