Deputy Manager

My name is Rohima, and I am the Deputy Manager at More2 Nurseries. I have over 9 years of experience in Early Years and am passionate about supporting children to feel safe, confident and excited to learn in nurturing, stimulating environments.

I began my Early Years career as a bank staff member while completing my degree in Early Childhood Studies at Greenwich University. Through hard work and dedication, I progressed into a qualified practitioner role, then Room Leader, and became part of the senior management team, supporting across multiple nursery settings.

I am proud to now be part of More2 Childcare, where I support the Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery. I am committed to leading by example, supporting staff development, and working closely with families to ensure every child receives high-quality care and education.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the gym, reading, and travelling. I am also currently learning multiple languages, as I love continuing to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
