Samantha Ross

My name is Samantha Ross, I am Runners Room Leader at More2Riverside. I have worked in early years for 10 years, I started at 17 as an apprentice in a different nursery and when I joined More2Riverside they supported me to develop my career and knowledge further and signed me up to do my level 3 which I completed last year. Now I’ve been promoted to Runners Room Leader and am joint Third in Charge.

Developing my knowledge and practise is important to me - I have recently completed my DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) training and currently I am doing a Level 3 SENCO course.

I am a mum myself, a daughter who is 9 and a son who is 3 - so my weekends consist of park trips and days out!
