Luzianne Victoria

After completing a foundation degree I moved into the early years sector where I completed my Level 3 training and worked my way up to Deputy Manager level at another nursery over the course of five years. Whilst there I also completed in depth training with Greenwich Council in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).

I enjoy working with under 5s as they bring so much joy and enthusiasm to the setting, as they always put a smile on our faces. My role oversees safeguarding children and families and I work closely alongside children that need additional support in their learning journey. This includes supporting staff team members with ideas to support children daily. I am hoping to bring in new ideas and a fresh perspective to the nursery and work on the visions of More2Nurseries.

Apart from working with children, I like biking alongside the river Thames, exploring new foods and enjoy cooking and baking.
