National Professional Qualification for Early Years Leadership

| Kelly Salambasis

Congratulations to Rosie Bennett, Director of Childcare, on Achieving the National Professional Qualification for Early Years Leadership (NPQEYL)!

We are thrilled to announce that Rosie has successfully completed her NPQEYL, a qualification she has been diligently working towards for over 18 months through Greenwich University.

The NPQEYL program focuses on empowering early years professionals to drive impactful change and improvement within early years settings. It equips leaders to create thriving environments for children, parents, and staff alike. Through this qualification, Rosie has refined her skills in the following areas:

  • Leading cohesive, impact-focused leadership teams with strong connections across the early years sector.
  • Fostering a culture of sustainable improvements, based on child development evidence and effective early years practices.
  • Delivering a strong curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Making well-informed provisions for children with SEND and ensuring they receive the necessary support.
  • Developing all staff within an early years setting, focusing on pedagogy, safeguarding, and operational excellence.

With two Ofsted Outstanding Nurseries, More2 continually strives for excellence, and Rosie’s achievement is yet another milestone in our journey of growth and improvement.

Please join us in congratulating Rosie on this wonderful achievement!
