Celebrating Staff Achievements and New Qualifications

At More2Nurseries we are committed to training and helping staff to achieve further qualifications in Early Years. A well qualified workforce means better staff retention and better learning opportunities for the children in their care. At any one time up to a third of our staff, at either nursery, are studying for a further qualification.
At More2Riverside at the end of last year Billie Willis-Moore completed her Level 3 in Early Years NVQ and was followed last month by Rebecca Sweeney and Billie Cloke. At More2Childcare Chloe Jeffreys has just been awarded her Level 3 qualification.
