More2Nurseries is developing a valuable partnership with John Roan Secondary School in Greenwich.The aim is to empower students with essential skills for their future careers as well as harnessing potential employees for a future workforce.

Staff from More2Nurseries recently visited John Roan to conduct a session for students in year 11 and 12, who are studying on the Health and Social Care course. The session addressed key areas such as building confidence when interacting with potential employers, understanding best practices in interviews, and honing essential skills for the competitive job market. Students were given practical tips on creating effective CVs, showcasing their strengths, and presenting themselves in a professional manner.

The partnership between John Roan Secondary School and More2Nurseries has proven instrumental in bridging the gap between classroom education and real-world career preparation. By actively involving industry professionals, students are gaining valuable insights that go beyond traditional academic learning, preparing them for success in their chosen fields.
