Rebecca Saggers

My name is Becka and I’ve been working in Childcare for the last 10 years. I am the room leader at More2Riverside.

During my career in childcare I have been a Deputy Manager, a Room Leader, an Assistant Room Leader and I have helped in assisting and improving standards in rooms when needed.

I am able to take charge and be a good role model. I have different ideas and I like to alter the room layout or resources to improve experiences for the children. I am well qualified and have my level 3 early years certificate, safeguarding, first aid, food hygiene and more. I also have experience with working with children with additional needs.

I developed the passion to work with children while doing work experience. I enjoy watching the children grow and develop and knowing that I have helped them to achieve some milestones makes me happy.

I have a very close-knit family unit and outside of work I enjoy spending time with them and my friends.
